Once you have selected your floor plan you and your sales representative, with the help of our in-house drafting department, will work on customizing your home to fit your lifestyle. Once your plans are finished the next step is setting your Selections Appointment.
Our Selections Center is open daily from 10 am to 4 pm or by appointment on Saturday and Sunday. We encourage you to stop by and browse prior to your Selections Appointment.
At your selection appointment, you will be selecting cabinets, counters, flooring, paint, brick, siding and more to personalize the interior and exterior of your new home.
Once selections are completed and you have signed off you will be provided with a copy of the selections you made and your floorplan, at this time we are ready to begin building your new home.
